- If you see a part on the website that is marked SOLD, simply click the "Out Of Stock - Email me when available" button, enter your email in the box that appears and click "submit" and your request will be entered into our system.
You will be notified when we get your part(s) in stock again. Please realize that other customers on our list will also be notified at the same time and it is possible the part(s) may be sold by the time you read the notification.
- Once you have been notified that your part is available your request is automatically removed from the system. If you were unable to purchase the part and want to remain on our list you will need to resubmit your request.
- You will only be notified of the exact part you requested, not other similar parts (ie; different color of the same part). If you want to be notified of similar parts in a different color or condition please submit requests for all similar items.

HOW TO MANUALLY GET ON OUR PARTS WANTED LIST - FOR PARTS NOT CURRENTLY LISTED ON THE WEBSITE:
1 - Click the "Send Email" button at the top right corner of any page on our website to begin sending us a Parts Wanted email. (If you have trouble just cut & paste this email address into your regular email): inquiries@beemerboneyard.com .
2 - TYPE THE YEAR & MODEL OF BIKE & NAME(s) OF THE PART(s) YOU ARE LOOKING FOR DIRECTLY IN THE TITLE (subject line) OF THE EMAIL. Your request will not be taken if this step is not followed.
3 - Please send a seperate email for each bike that you need parts for.
4 - If you need more than 4 or 5 parts for a bike please send a second email for additional parts wanted.
5 - Please DO NOT PUT BMW PART #s IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF THE EMAIL
6 - Please type any additional details about the parts you want in the body of the email (BMW part #s are OK here but not needed).
7 - Please indicate an email address (if different than the one you are sending from) and/or a phone # to contact you at when we have the parts in stock.
You will be notified when we get your part(s) in stock again. Please realize that other customers on our list will also be notified at the same time and it is possible the part(s) may be sold by the time you read the notification.
ALL MANUAL PARTS WANTED REQUESTS WILL BE DELETED FROM SYSTEM AFTER 4 MONTHS. Please resubmit your requests if you still need the parts after 4 months.
Please understand that we get hundreds of parts wanted emails each month and we can't possibly get everyone the parts they are looking for. When we get parts into the shop we contact all of the people on our list who are looking for those parts either by email or phone and whoever responds first will get the part.
