Q: How do I find the part I am looking for?
A: There are 3 ways to locate parts on our site:
(1) Use the nav bar to select One of the categories. From there, select a sub-category to find the appropriate section for the part you are looking for.
(2) Click on Search from the nav bar to use the search function. Enter either BB followed by an 11 digit BMW part #, or a parts description. If you are using BB plus the BMW part #, please note that some of our parts consist of two or more BMW part #s as an assembly, and some BMW part #s have been superceeded. In these cases, you may not get a good result with your search. When using a part description, it helps to be specific, ie; "K100 alternator" instead of "alternator".
(3) Click Index from the nav bar to use the index function. This will give you an alphabetical list of all the parts on our site. Usually this is the slowest way to find a part, but it can be useful at times.
Q: How do I order and which forms of payment do you accept?
A: Simply click the Add To Cart on the product page for the item you wish to buy. This will bring you to your shopping cart where you can scroll down to use the shipping calculator to figure shipping rates based on your zip code and prefered shipping method. You can then choose to click Keep Shopping to add more items to your shopping cart, or Checkout or Checkout With Paypal to reach the order form pages and begin the checkout process. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal. Fill out the required fields on the order form and click Send Order to complete your order. You will be redirected to our homepage when you finish.
Q: How do you ship & how much will my shipping and/or sales tax be?
A: We ship all US orders via UPS and all orders outside the US via USPS International Priority (6-10 business days) or Express Mail (3-5 business days). You have several choices depending on how fast you would like to receive your parts. Once your items are in the shopping cart, you can scroll down to use the shipping calculator to figure shipping rates based on your zip code and prefered shipping method. Just click the "apply" button to see the shipping rates and sales tax applied to your total. All shipping rates include insurance.
Q: Do you ship to foreign countries?
A: Yes, we ship to most foreign countries. You can see a list of the countries we ship to on the order form at checkout.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Our refund policy is explained in detail on the Info page, but here it is in a nutshell:
If you are not satisfied with one of our parts, just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will give you return instructions, then send the part back for a full refund, minus a $5 restocking charge (except for returns due to a mistake on our part) Return shipping costs(and original shipping charges) are not refundable. Refunds can not be issued until we have received and inspected the part.
Q: How can I check my order status of track my order shipment?
A: When your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email which will provide a link to check your order status and package tracking at any time. Please keep this email until your parts arrive.
Q: What if I need my order sent to a P.O. box or an APO address?
A: We can make special arrangements to have your order sent to a P.O. box or an APO address if there is no alternative. Please contact us for ordering instructions before placing your order.
